Obligations of licensee
It is a condition of every Satellite Communication Station Licence that the licensee —
(a)
must seek the approval of the Authority for access to any space segment and shall comply with the relevant rules, regulations and procedures imposed by the satellite operator for station access, booking and fees;
(b)
may only use or work within the radio frequencies or radio frequency bands approved by the Authority for his use; and
(c)
must not, without the written approval of the Authority, use any satellite communication equipment in respect of which the Satellite Communication Station Licence has been issued to provide telecommunication services to the public.
