Regulation 72

It is a condition of every licence that any owner or user of electrical, electronic or radio-communication equipment under the licence causing or suspected of causing electrical or radiated interference or disturbance to telecommunication equipment, stations, networks or systems belonging to or authorised or approved by the Authority shall permit an authorised officer to inspect his equipment in order to determine whether the interference is in fact caused by the equipment.
