4. Majlis to be a corporation

The Majlis is a body corporate under the name of Majlis Ugama Islam, Singapura having perpetual succession and a corporate seal.

“Majlis” means the Majlis Ugama Islam, Singapura, constituted and continued under section 3;

The seal of the Majlis may be broken, changed, altered and made anew as to the Majlis seems fit.
