Flight crew qualifications
A CGAC holder must ensure that every person assigned to flight crew member duty as a pilot‑in‑command of an aircraft being operated for a complex general aviation operation meets the requirements of a flight crew member specified in regulation 105 of the Air Navigation (91 — General Operating Rules) Regulations 2018.
