Regulation 111

Responsibilities of CGAC holder for fatigue management

Subregulation 1

A CGAC holder must not cause or permit any person to be assigned duty as a crew member on any of its complex general aviation operations if the CGAC holder knows or has reason to believe that the person is suffering from or, having regard to the circumstances of the flight to be undertaken, is likely to suffer from, such fatigue during flight so as to endanger the safety of the aircraft or its occupants.

Subregulation 2

For every person that is on the CGAC holder’s roster to be assigned duty as a crew member for its complex general aviation operations, the CGAC holder must keep an accurate record of the person’s flight times, flight duty periods, duty periods and rest periods.
