Regulation 103

Cabin crew duty assignment

Subregulation 1

For every complex general aviation operation involving an aircraft carrying at least one passenger, the CGAC holder must determine the number of cabin crew members required by taking into account —

(a)

the seating capacity of the aircraft or the number of passengers to be carried;

(b)

the necessary functions to be performed in an emergency or a situation requiring emergency evacuation; and

(c)

the need to effect a safe and expeditious evacuation of the aircraft.

Subregulation 2

A CGAC holder must assign to each cabin crew member to the functions that the cabin crew member is to carry out in the event of an aircraft emergency, including when an emergency evacuation is necessary.
