Category II and III precision approach equipment
A CGAC holder must not conduct a Category II or III precision approach procedure during a complex general aviation operation unless —
(a)
the aircraft is equipped with the capability to conduct such operations; and
(b)
the CGAC holder has an approval granted by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation under the Air Navigation (98 — Special Operations) Regulations 2018.
