Regulation 74
Subregulation 1
A CGAC holder must ensure that every aircraft it operates for complex general aviation operations that may be required to land in instrument meteorological conditions is provided with appropriate navigation equipment.
Subregulation 2
The navigation equipment provided in accordance with paragraph (1) must be capable of receiving signals to provide guidance to a point from which a visual landing can be made at any aerodrome of intended landing and any designated alternate aerodrome.
