Regulation 73

For every aircraft that a CGAC holder operates for complex general aviation operations, the CGAC holder must ensure that the installation of any equipment required for communication, navigation or surveillance purposes on the aircraft is such that the failure of any single unit of such equipment, or any combination of such equipment, will not result in the failure or another unit of equipment required for communications, navigation or surveillance purposes.
