Passenger safety instructions
of Air Navigation (125 — Complex General Aviation) Regulations 2018
A CGAC holder must ensure that every aircraft it operates for complex general aviation operations is equipped with a means of conveying the following information and instructions to passengers:
when seat belts are to be fastened;
when and how any oxygen equipment that is required to be carried is to be used;
any restrictions on smoking;
the location and use of life jackets, and lifecots if carried;
the location of emergency equipment;
the location and method of opening emergency exits;
any other information that the Director‑General of Civil Aviation may from time to time specify.
