Method to determine emissions
A primary registered Singapore operator using a fuel use monitoring method specified by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation in Part 1 of the Aviation Specifications 4 — Fuel Use Monitoring Methods for the purpose of regulation 15(1) must calculate its CO2 emissions produced from the operation by the primary registered Singapore operator, during each reporting period, of any defined aeroplane for any defined international flight attributable to the primary registered Singapore operator, based on its fuel use recorded under regulation 15(1) in accordance with the formula specified in the Aviation Specifications 4 — Fuel Use Monitoring Methods.
