Duties of qualified persons regarding geotechnical building works

Every qualified person appointed under section 8(1)(a) or 11(1)(d)(i) of the Act to prepare the plans of geotechnical aspects of geotechnical building works shall carry out the tasks set out in Part I of the Eighth Schedule.

Every supervising qualified person appointed in respect of the geotechnical aspects of geotechnical building works shall carry out the tasks set out in Part II of the Eighth Schedule.
