Large and small-scale building works

Any building works the value of which is more than $7.5 million shall be large building works for the purposes of section 7(1)(b) of the Act.
Subregulation 2

Any building works the value of which is not more than $7.5 million are small-scale building works for the purposes of section 7(1)(c) of the Act.
