Power to prescribe procedures and set standards
The Commissioner of Building Control may, from time to time, issue or amend codes or other documents setting out such standards, designs, requirements, procedures or other details pertaining to the matters under the Act and these Regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act and these Regulations, as he thinks fit.
