Provision of building information

The Commissioner of Building Control may, on an application accompanied by a fee of $45, provide the owner of a building or the owner’s authorised agent with —
(a)
the date of issuance of the certificate of statutory completion or, where there are no records of such date, the date of issuance of the temporary occupation permit, in respect of that building; or
(b)
the name of the qualified person appointed to prepare the plans of the building works for that building.
