Regulation 48

Where any standard or code of practice is cited or referred to in any document issued under these Regulations, and there is subsequently issued a corresponding Singapore Standard or Code of Practice on the same subject matter, the document shall be construed as if the corresponding Singapore Standard or Code of Practice has superseded such standard or code of practice and shall be complied with.
