Publication of approved plans and proposals
Subregulation 1
Subject to paragraph (3), if the Authority approves a draft master plan for an airport or any proposal for amendments to a final master plan in force for an airport, the airport licensee for the airport must —
give notice to such persons or class of persons specified in a list given under rule 9(3) —
stating that its draft master plan has or its proposals have been approved;
stating that copies of the plan or proposal will be available for inspection and purchase (at a reasonable price approved by the Authority) by those persons during normal office hours while the plan remains in force; and
specifying the place or places where the copies will be available for inspection and purchase; and
make copies of the plan or proposals available for inspection and purchase (at a reasonable price approved by the Authority) by those persons in accordance with the notice.
Subregulation 2
The airport licensee must comply with paragraph (1) —
within 30 days after the day on which the draft master plan or the proposals, as the case may be, were approved; or
if the Authority, by written notice given to the airport licensee, allows a longer period, within that longer period.
Subregulation 3
The airport licensee need not comply with paragraph (1) if the Authority, upon being satisfied that it would not be in the public interest to do so or that any contents of the final master plan is, or is likely to be, of a confidential or commercially sensitive nature, directs otherwise.
