Regulation 6

Replacement of final master plan

Subregulation 1

Without prejudice to rule 5, if a final master plan (referred to in this rule as the original plan) for an airport is in force, the Authority may, by written notice given to the airport licensee for the airport, direct the airport licensee to submit to the Authority, in writing, a draft master plan that is expressed to replace the original plan.

Subregulation 2

The airport licensee who receives a written notice under paragraph (1) must comply with the direction therein —

(a)

within 4 months after the day on which the notice was given; or

(b)

if the Authority, by written notice given to the airport licensee, allows a longer period, within that longer period.
