Regulation 4

Draft master plan to be submitted on acquisition of airport site

Except as otherwise provided in rules 19 and 20, if ––

(a)

an airport licensee acquires the lease or leases for the whole or part of the airport site of an airport; and

(b)

a final master plan for the airport is not in force at the time of such acquisition,the airport licensee must submit to the Authority, in writing, a draft master plan for the airport within a period of 6 months after the date of such acquisition or if the Authority, by written notice given to the airport licensee, allows a longer period, within that longer period.
