Regulation 17
When final master plan takes effect, etc.
Subregulation 1
Where the Authority approves a draft master plan for an airport, the draft master plan becomes the final master plan in force for that airport when the final master plan takes effect.
Subregulation 2
Every final master plan for an airport takes effect —
if at the time it is approved no existing final master plan is in force for that airport, on the day specified in the approval; and
if at the time it is approved, an existing final master plan is in force for the airport and is to be replaced, on the day specified in the approval to replace that existing final master plan.
Subregulation 3
When the Authority approves of any proposal for amendments to a final master plan for an airport referred to in rule 7(1) or 18, the final master plan in force for that airport shall have effect as amended as from the date of the approval or deemed approval.
