In the HBR Act, after section 53, insert —“Fees, charges, etc., collected by Chief Executive or authorised officer53A. Subject to section 53(3), all fees, charges and other moneys recovered or collected by the Chief Executive or an authorised officer under this Act must be paid to the Authority.”.
