In the HBR Act, in section 54 —
(a)
in subsections (1)(a) and (b), (2) and (7)(a) and (b), replace “Director‑General” wherever it appears with “Chief Executive”; and
(b)
in subsection (7)(b), replace “Director‑General’s” with “Chief Executive’s”.
