Regulation 14A

Subregulation 1
Subject to paragraph (2), a person must not anchor a boat on the seabed of a marine park except with a permit from the Commissioner and in accordance with the terms and conditions of that permit.

This regulation does not apply to, or in relation to, a boat operated by or on behalf of any of the following:
(a)
Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore;
(b)
Immigration & Checkpoints Authority;
(c)
Singapore Civil Defence Force;
(d)
Police Coast Guard;
(e)
Republic of Singapore Navy.
