Penalty
of Parks and Trees Regulations
Subregulation 1
Any person who —
contravenes any of these Regulations; or
aids, abets or procures the contravention by any other person of any of these Regulations,shall be guilty of an offence.
Subregulation 2
A person who is guilty of an offence under these Regulations shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding —
$2,000 if the contravention is in relation to regulation 3(1)(a), (b) or (c) or (2), 4(1)(a), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i) or (j) or (2)(a) or (b), 6(1), 7, 8(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) or (e) or (2)(b), (c), (d) or (k), 9(1)(a) or (b), (2)(a) or (b) or (3), 10(1)(a) or (b), (2)(a) or (b), (3), (5) or (6), 11(1)(b), (c), (f) or (g), (3), (4) or (5), 12(1), (2), (3) or (5) or 13(1)(a) or (b) or (2)(a) or (b); or
$5,000 if the contravention is in relation to regulation 4(1)(b), 5(a) or (b), 8(1)(f) or (g), (2)(a), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i) or (j) or (3), 11(1)(a), (d) or (e) or (2), 14A(1) or 14B(1)(a) or (b) or (2).
