Regulation 14B
Swimming and diving
Subregulation 1
Subject to paragraph (3), a person must not swim in a marine park or any part thereof except —
with a permit from the Commissioner and in accordance with the terms and conditions of that permit; or
within the area of the marine park that is designated by the Commissioner for swimming.
Subregulation 2
Subject to paragraph (3), a person must not dive in a marine park or any part thereof except with a permit from the Commissioner and in accordance with the terms and conditions of that permit.
Subregulation 3
This regulation does not apply to an employee of any of the following acting in the course of their duties and functions:
Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore;
Immigration & Checkpoints Authority;
Singapore Civil Defence Force;
Police Coast Guard;
Republic of Singapore Navy.
