Smoking in national park, nature reserve or public park prohibited
of Parks and Trees Regulations
Subregulation 1
A person must not smoke within any part of a national park, nature reserve or public park, other than within an area designated by the Commissioner by means of a notice displayed in, or at the boundary of, the area as a smoking facility.

Definition
“smoke” means to inhale and expel the smoke of tobacco or any other substance and includes the holding of any cigar, cigarette, pipe or any other form of tobacco product which is alight or emitting smoke;
Definition
“smoking facility” means an area of a national park, nature reserve or public park, within which smoking is permitted.
