Regulation 16

A person applying for any approval or permit under these Regulations shall apply in such form and manner and furnish such particulars and information and pay such fees referred to in regulation 17.

The Commissioner may grant an approval or a permit under these Regulations subject to such terms and conditions as the Commissioner may impose.

The Commissioner may, if he or she is of the opinion that it is in the public interest to do so, consult with any person, including members of the Friends of Marine Park, on issues that may involve environmental impact before granting an approval or a permit under paragraph (2).
