Clause 22
In the Online Criminal Harms Act, in section 24 —
(a)
in subsection (1), after “directive”, insert “(called in this Act an implementation directive)”;
(b)
in subsection (4), replace “subsection (1)” with “subsections (1) and (7) and section 24A”;
(c)
in subsection (6), after “given that”, insert “implementation”; and
(d)
after subsection (6), insert —“(7) A designated provider that is given an implementation directive must ensure that the system, process or measure specified in the implementation directive remains implemented from the end of the permitted time until the implementation directive is cancelled or substituted under subsection (5).”.
