Clause 27
In the Online Criminal Harms Act, in section 51 —
(a)
in the section heading, replace “implementation directive” with “compliance order”;
(b)
in subsection (2)(a), replace “an implementation directive” with “a compliance order”;
(c)
in subsection (2)(b), replace “the directive” with “the compliance order”; and
(d)
in subsection (3), replace “$1 million and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $100,000” with “$10 million and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $300,000”.
