Clause 28
In the Online Criminal Harms Act, in section 57 —
(a)
in subsection (1), after paragraph (d), insert —“(da)any compliance order given to the person;”; and
(b)
in subsection (2), after “an enforcement officer,”, insert “a responsible officer mentioned in section 6(4),”.
