Clause 30

in section 28(1), after “implementation directive”, insert “, a code of practice that applies to the person’s service, a compliance order”;

in sections 29(2) and 30(2), replace paragraph (b) with —“(b)an online location at which an online service of an online service provider can be assessed, if the online service provider did not comply with —

a code of practice that applies to that online service; or

a Part 2 direction, a rectification notice, an implementation directive, a compliance order or a Part 6 order, in relation to that online service or any online activity, online material, online account, app, online service or online location that can be accessed on or through that online service.”;

in section 54(2)(a), replace “implementation directive or the code of practice concerned” with “compliance order, the code of practice concerned or the implementation directive concerned”; and

in section 54(3)(a), replace “implementation directive” with “compliance order”.
