Regulation 33AB

A subject person mentioned in section 23F(1) of the Act must, for the purposes of section 23F(2) of the Act, furnish to the Controller the particulars specified in the Eighth Schedule, before the subject person arrives at any authorised point of entry in Singapore or leaves any authorised point of departure in Singapore, as the case may be.
