34. Order of detention
Feedback & supportAn order of detention made under section 34(1) of the Act shall be in Form 34 if it is to be signed by the Controller, and in Form 34A if it is to be signed by an immigration officer duly authorised under section 3(2) of the Act to act on behalf of the Controller in this regard.
