A person who contravenes regulation 7, 8(1), (2) or (3), 9 or 9A shall be guilty of an offence under section 14(3) of the Act.
Subregulation 2
In a prosecution for an offence under paragraph (1), it is not necessary for the prosecution to prove that the person charged with the offence intended to commit the offence.
