149. Dextrose monohydrate
Feedback & supportDextrose monohydrate shall be purified and crystallised D-glucose containing one molecule of water of crystallisation. It shall contain not less than 99.5% (w/w) D-glucose on a dry basis and the total solids content shall not be less than 90% on a dry basis.
