Regulation 12

This Part shall, subject to paragraph (2), apply to any private education institution.

Where the Agency has waived any requirement imposed under this Part for the registration of a private education institution, being a requirement that is required to be maintained by or in respect of a registered private education institution, the requirement shall not apply to the registered private education institution.

The provisions of this Part also apply to the renewal of the registration of a private education institution as if a reference to a private education institution to be registered were a reference to a private education institution whose registration is to be renewed.
