Regulation 13

Subregulation 1
The name of every private education institution to be registered, or that is registered, shall indicate that the private education institution provides education.

The name of —
(a)
every private education institution to be registered, or that is registered; (b)every premises of the private education institution; and
(c)
every school of the private education institution, and every department thereof and every faculty thereof,shall contain the name by which the private education institution (being a company) is registered under the Companies Act 1967 or (being a registered society) is registered under the Societies Act 1966, excluding any word required by those Acts to be inserted as part of the name.
