Agency may impose general measures under section 21 of Act

Regulations 14(1), (2) and (3), 15(1), 16(1), 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 27 and 28 are prescribed for the purpose of section 21(1)(b) of the Act, and any registered private education institution which fails to comply with any of these regulations shall be subject to any of the measures prescribed under that section at the discretion of the Agency.
