Subregulation 1

For the purposes of section 14(1)(f) of the Act, a manager of a registered private education institution shall prepare and submit to the Agency, by the 31st day of December of each year, an annual report on the activities and affairs of the private education institution in that year in accordance with this regulation.

The annual report of a registered private education institution shall be in Form 11, and shall be submitted to the Agency in such manner as the Agency may specify.

The annual report of a registered private education institution shall be accompanied by —

(a)

the accounts and financial statements in respect of its last financial year prepared in accordance with the requirements of —

(i)

the Companies Act 1967, if the registered private education institution is a company; or

(ii)

the Societies Act 1966, if the registered private education institution is a registered society; and

(b)

such other documents as the Agency may specify at the Agency’s Website.
