Counterclaim where geographical indication is registered

Regulation 16
If the geographical indication in an action under section 4 is a registered geographical indication, the defendant may make a counterclaim for one or both of the following:
(a)
the cancellation of the registration of the geographical indication;
(b)
the rectification of an error or omission in the register affecting the registration of the geographical indication.
