Subregulation 1

The Registrar must transmit to the Court any document requested by the Court relating to the matter that is the subject of the appeal.

Subregulation 2

The Court must give notice of the date appointed for the hearing of the appeal to —

(a)

the Registrar;

(b)

the appellant; and

(c)

every other party to the proceedings before the Registrar.

Subregulation 3

At least 7 days’ notice must be given under paragraph (2), but the Court may direct that a shorter period of notice be given.

Subregulation 4

An appeal is to be by way of rehearing.

Subregulation 5

The evidence used on appeal must be the same as that used before the Registrar and, except with the permission of the Court, no further evidence may be given.
