Regulation 19
Court may declare practical conditions regardless of agreement
After hearing an application under section 10(2), the Court may declare the practical conditions on which the relevant homonymous geographical indications are to be differentiated from one another, whether or not the practical conditions are those in respect of which an agreement between the parties was filed under rule 18.
