Joinder of affected parties
Subregulation 1
A person who claims that the person’s interests will be affected by an order sought in an application under section 48A(1) may apply to the Court to be joined as a party to the application.
Subregulation 2
An application under paragraph (1) must be made within 2 months after the date on which the particulars of the application are published under rule 22.
