Regulation 66
Aircraft operating under VFR
A CGAC holder must ensure that every aircraft that is to be flown in accordance with the Visual Flight Rules during a complex general aviation operation is equipped with a means of measuring and displaying —
(a)
magnetic heading;
(b)
the time in hours, minutes and seconds;
(c)
barometric altitude;
(d)
indicated airspeed; and
(e)
mach number, if the speed limitation stated in the aircraft flight manual is expressed in terms of mach number.
