Regulation 61
Subregulation 1
A CGAC holder must establish a minimum equipment list for every aircraft in its fleet that —
(a)
is operated for complex general aviation operations; and
(b)
has a master minimum equipment list established for its aircraft type.
Subregulation 2
The minimum equipment list established under paragraph (1) —
(a)
must be based upon, but no less restrictive than, the relevant master minimum equipment list;
(b)
must include any permission granted by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation under regulation 60; and
(c)
must be described in the CGAC holder’s Operations Manual and approved by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation.
