10. Hearings and adjournments
Feedback & supportAn Appeal Committee’s meetings for any purpose under these Regulations are to be held at the times and places determined in accordance with paragraph 3(5) of the Seventh Schedule to the Act.
An Appeal Committee may, on the Appeal Committee’s own initiative or on the application of any party to an appeal it is constituted to hear, postpone or adjourn any meeting or hearing, on any terms that the Appeal Committee thinks fit.
The Secretary must notify all parties to an appeal of the time and place of each hearing of the appeal.
Subregulation 1
