4. Service of Notice of Appeal on other parties
Feedback & supportThe appellant in an appeal must serve by personal service on every other party to the appeal a copy of the Notice of Appeal.
After complying with paragraph (1), the appellant must file a Notice of Service with the Secretary confirming that every other party to the appeal has been served in accordance with that paragraph.
