15. Withdrawal of appeal

An appellant may, with the permission of the Appeal Committee, withdraw the appeal or any related application.
(2)
Where the Appeal Committee grants permission under paragraph (1), the Appeal Committee may do so on such terms or conditions as the Appeal Committee thinks fit.
