19. Representation

A party to any appeal proceedings before an Appeal Committee may be represented in those proceedings by —

(a)

an advocate and solicitor who has in force a practising certificate issued under the Legal Profession Act (Cap. 161); or

(b)

any other person allowed by the Appeal Committee to appear on behalf of that party.
