Publication and provision of information or documents
Subregulation 1
The Chairman may publish any direction or decision in an appeal or other information relating to an appeal in such manner as the Chairman may decide.
Subregulation 2
Where the Chairman, Appeal Committee or Secretary is required or permitted to provide any information or document under these Regulations, the Chairman, Appeal Committee or Secretary (as the case may be) may do so in summary or in a redacted form as the Chairman, Appeal Committee or Secretary (as the case may be) thinks fit.
